What is a Seed in Peck Dating App?
Seeds are like your currency in Peck - think of them as coins! While many features are free, some special options require seeds, which can be purchased.

How do I buy seeds?
You can easily buy seeds from your wallet! Just click on your profile icon on the top left corner of the dashboard, select "My Wallet" from the side panel, and choose from one of the packages available for purchase using real money.

How can I use my seeds to directly send the other user a message?
Sending and receiving messages is free, so no seeds are required there! Seeds come into play for special features like Wingman invitations, Golden Likes, Hoot, Revealing who liked your profile, and Back Swipes.

Can I see another user's seed balance?
Nope, that information is kept private, so you won't be able to see another user's seed balance.

Can seeds be refunded if I no longer want to use them?
Unfortunately, seeds are non-refundable, so make sure you're ready to spend before you dive in!

What is the validity of the seeds?
Good news - there's no expiry date for seeds! Once you have them, you can use them whenever you like.

How do I report issues with seed transactions?
If you encounter any issues with seed transactions, you can report it directly by sending email to support@peckdating.com. Alternatively, click your profile icon on the top left, select "Support" from the side panel, and shoot us an email from there!

Will I lose seeds if I delete my account?
Yes, if you delete your account, you'll lose all your data, including any seeds you have. So think twice before hitting that delete button!

Can I transfer my seeds to somebody else?
No, transferring seeds isn't an option right now, so keep them for your own adventures!

Are there any promotions or discounts on seed purchases?
Currently, seeds are offered at fixed prices according to the plans, so there are no promotions or discounts available.

Can seeds be added as a promo code?
Nope, seeds cannot be added via promo codes at this time.
