1.What is Peck Pass?
Peck Pass is your all-access upgrade. Everyone gets a few free Likes, Golden Likes, Hoots and IRL invites. Peck Pass takes the limits off and unlocks everything else.
With Peck Pass you get:
- Unlimited Likes and Golden Likes
- Unlimited Hoots and IRL invites
- Messaging with your matches
- Video and voice calls
- Back Swipe
To get it:
- Tap your profile icon at the top left.
- Tap Peck Pass in the menu.
- Choose your plan and buy.
You're billed through the App Store or Google Play, and you can cancel anytime there.
2. How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is Peck Pass. It's on auto-pay through Apple or Google, so it renews until you cancel, and you cancel it in your app store, not in Peck.
- iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Peck › Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Peck › Cancel
You keep your perks until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Heads up: deleting your Peck account does not cancel Peck Pass.
3. What is the difference between a Normal Like and a Golden Like?
A Like says "you're cute." A Golden Like says "okay, I really like you."
Golden Likes are Peck's signature move. They stand out from regular Likes, so the other person knows you put in that extra effort.
You get a limited number of both for free. Peck Pass makes them unlimited.
4. What is Coffee, Drink, Movie and Rose, and how is it different from a Like? (title updated, see note below)
A Like says you're interested. An IRL invite says let's actually hang. 🌹
Skip the endless chatting and invite your match for a Coffee, a Drink or a Movie, or send them a Rose to make it cute. It's the fastest way to go from chat to an actual date.
You get a limited number of IRL invites for free. Peck Pass makes them unlimited. IRL invites never expire, so they can reply whenever they're ready.
5. Can I undo an action on Peck Dating?
Swiped past someone too fast? With Peck Pass, tap Back Swipe at the top left to bring back the last profile you skipped. Back Swipe is Peck Pass only, so it isn't available on the free version.
Sent Likes, Golden Likes and IRL invites can't be unsent, so like with intention.
6. Can I filter users by distance, age or gender? (title updated, see note below)
Yes. You can filter who you see by distance, age and gender.
- [Where Filters are in the app]
- Set your distance range, age range and who you want to see.
- Save, and your feed updates.
Change or reset your filters anytime. Want to find people by interests? Check out Discover.
7. Why can't I see anyone near me? (new)
Feed looking empty? Try:
- widening your distance range in Filters
- widening your age range
- checking your gender preference
- exploring Discover for new people
Peck is still growing in some areas, and new people join every day.
8. How does messaging work on Peck?
Matched? Love that for you. Messaging your matches is a Peck Pass perk, so you'll need an active Pass to chat.
- Open your Matches.
- Tap the person you want to talk to.
- Say something better than "hey".
Keep it real, keep it respectful, and when the vibe is right, send an IRL invite.
9. How do I know if someone has read my message on Peck Dating?
Watch the ticks. One white tick means your message was sent. When it turns into a pink double tick, they've read it. What happens next is up to them.
10. Can I video or voice call my matches? (new)
Yes. Video and voice calls let you vibe check before you meet IRL, without sharing your number.
Calls are a Peck Pass perk. To start one:
- Open your chat with a match.
- Tap [call icon] for a voice call or [video icon] for a video call.
11. When do matches expire on Peck, and can I extend a match?
They don't, so there's nothing to extend. Nothing on Peck expires.
Your matches stay until one of you unmatches, and IRL invites stay until they're accepted or declined. No countdowns, no pressure. Just don't leave them on read forever.
12. What happens if my match disappears without notice?
A match only disappears if one of these happened:
- they unmatched you
- they blocked you
- they deleted their account
We don't share which one, to protect everyone's privacy. Rejection's never fun, but it happens to everyone. Plenty more birds in the sky.
13. How do I manage notifications for messages and matches?
- Tap your profile icon at the top left.
- Go to Settings.
- Toggle off any notifications you don't want.
Keep your notifications as chill as your dating vibes.
