How do I send a Hoot message, and what happens when I send one?

To send a Hoot message, click the owl icon on the bottom dashboard and invite someone by clicking the owl icon on their profile. Once they accept your invitation, it becomes a Hoot match. The other user will receive your request and can choose to accept or decline.
