I paid for Peck Pass but don’t have it

Peck Pass is bought through the App Store or Google Play and linked to that store account. Check that:

• you’re signed in to Peck the same way you were when you bought it
• your phone is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with
• the payment went through (look for it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions)
