Why was my photo rejected?

Don’t stress, it happens. Every photo is checked by our team, and if one doesn’t make the cut, we’ll let you know. The usual reasons:

• It isn’t clearly you. No group shots where we can’t tell who you are, no celebrities, cartoons, memes or photos of someone else.
• It shares contact details. Phone numbers, emails, social handles or QR codes, in the photo or written on it.
• It’s explicit or offensive. Nudity, sexual content, violence, weapons or hate symbols.
• It’s low quality. Too blurry, too dark, or your face is covered or cut off.

Upload a clear, recent photo of just you and we’ll check it again, usually within 24 hours. The full rules are in our Community Guidelines.
